LASH&V BOOKING POLICIES PAYMENT A $25 non-refundable deposit is required when booking your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. I accept cash, Tap Pay, and other approved payment methods. Payment is due at the completion of your service. LATE POLICY A 15-minute grace period is allowed with a $15 late fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled, and a new deposit may be required. This policy helps ensure all clients are serviced on time. NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount to the card on file and may be restricted from booking future appointments with Lash&V. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. For maintenance or fill appointments booked by Lash&V, the $25 deposit fee will be charged if the appointment is canceled within 48 hours. BOOKING CONFIRMATION A confirmation text message will be sent prior to your appointment. Failure to confirm your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled service may result in your appointment being canceled and the time slot being released.
